For Hong Kong residents – your rights under PDPO: Under and in accordance with the terms of the PDPO, any individual:
(i) may check whether Wellington Management holds personal data about him/her and may request access to such information;
(ii) may request Wellington Management to correct any personal data relating to him/her which is inaccurate;
(iii) may request Wellington Management to specify its policies and practices in relation to personal data and to be informed of the kind of personal data held by Wellington Management; and
(iv) may object to the use of his/her personal data for marketing purposes; Wellington Management will not use his/her personal data for these purposes if he/she communicates his/her objection to Wellington Management.

Wellington Management is a global business and as a result we or our third party processors collect and transfer personal data globally and may transfer your personal data to locations outside of your country.
